Hospitality
When it comes to hospitality, we know our stuff
Our breadth of expertise means you’ll be prepped and ready to handle the unique challenges of this fast-paced and ever-changing sector.
You’ll get a custom-built legal team so you get access to the specialist legal support you need, whether that’s helping you take care of your team, sort your premises, navigate post-Brexit rules or accelerate your growth.
We’re genuinely passionate about supporting our hospitality clients too. Based in the South West, we’ve played a role in many inspiring growth stories that have emerged from the region. And with our reputation growing fast, we now support hospitality businesses across the UK.
Managing equity investment
We’ve worked with fast-growing restaurant chain Hubbox since its first year, helping the team navigate the legal complexities that come with investment and a rapidly-growing commercial property portfolio.
Fuelling entrepreneurial growth
Starting life in a kitchen, artisan bread company Baker Tom has grown to operate five shops and supply direct to pubs, hotels and restaurants. Our no-nonsense employment law advice has helped support the company’s strong and sustained growth.
An employee-ownership success story
We helped independent café and retailer, The Great Cornish Food Store, restructure and transition smoothly into employee ownership by transferring the company into an employee ownership trust (EOT).
Our sector experience, coupled with our specialist knowledge of relevant areas of business law put us firmly in your corner when you need help with the specific legal challenges associated with running your hospitality enterprise.
We can help you:
- negotiate and secure investment
- manage mergers and acquisitions
- buy, sell or lease commercial premises
- draft employee contracts and assist with employment law advice for your HR team
- settle supply chain issues
- protect your brand.
