Paula has advised on TUPE transfer cases as well as restructures and reorganisations. In her various roles Paula has managed a portfolio of employee relations cases, including acting as investigating officer and supporting with grievance, disciplinary, sickness absence and capability cases.
Paula always aims to provide practical, pragmatic advice and build strong relationships with her clients to ensure that she fully understands their specific needs.
