Megan Bingley

Megan is a solicitor in our corporate department having qualified in March 2024 following completing her legal practice course and masters of law, business and management from the University of Law. Before that, Megan completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Surrey.

She advises on all corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, shareholders agreements and company constitutions.

Megan has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions and has advised on a number of share and asset acquisitions, acting for both buyers and sellers.”
