Senior Associate

Eve joined our corporate team in 2023 and brought with her a deep knowledge of corporate and finance matters.

She joined us in 2023, having previously worked in both London and Hong Kong at global law firms.

Eve’s background is in corporate law and she advises on all corporate matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, company constitutions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and shareholder agreements.  Eve has a particular passion for debt finance work and possesses extensive experience acting for both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of loan facility related matters.

Eve qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has a law degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and completed her legal practice course at the BPP Law School.
