David is the lead contact for our hospitality and commercial property teams.

Praised by the Legal 500 for his ability to unpick complex issues, David specialises in advising corporate occupiers and portfolio holders. He’s advised the estates and property team at St Austell Brewery for many years and is a moderator for appointments to the British Institute of Innkeeping’s advisory panel.

Earlier in his career, David spent time on secondment at the world-famous Eden Project, dealing with an array of projects centred on their property estate. Outside of his client- facing role, he’s our compliance officer for legal practice and holds the Law Society’s advanced risk and compliance accreditation.
